I love travelling and I have traveled so many places in India but Darjeeling is different from any other places. It is a beautiful place and Darjeeling is 186 km from siliguri, If you want to explore Darjeeling totally then you need to stay there for at least 4 days. While going up towards Darjeeling from siliguri then the road is narrow and there is a long drain on the left side which is risky when two car comes in the same place beside. Road is not safe and driver must be very efficient. They take 500 per person to carry them up from Siliguri to Darjeeling. Your day can be blocked or ruined by cloud any time so if you have a luck then only you can see each sight there in a sunny weather. There is a beautiful tea garden and if you pay 100 rs then they will make u dress like a tea garden worker to shoot some photo. Don’t buy tea from there because they give you false tea by fooling you saying that it is Darjeeling tea. Moreover must visit Tiger-hill and Kanchanjangha. Environment there is very fine but staying up in Darjeeling is costly.

The view at the Kanchenjunga Mountain is just amazing. The first sunrise rays and colorful mountains are just breathtaking, simply calm and relaxing place mind refreshing place, make you feel on top of the world. It’s totally worth clicking pictures. The Pagoda is a nice quite place to see while you are in Darjeeling, very nice temple, very quiet out there. The statues of the Buddha’s are awesome. The drive in and out of the temple is insane. Beautiful garden and surroundings are breathtaking. It’s one of the best feelings to ride the Toy train, it’s a Joy Ride. It goes through the city and it’s a superb sensation to ride on it. The train runs on steam engine and passes through markets, monasteries etc and the ride is very romantic. I just love Darjeeling.
