Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Join tour Tromso.

Day 2: Tromso/Vesteralen Islands Discover Norway’s Arctic Capital.

Days 3/4: Lofoten Islands Explore the Islands with hiking from Kabelvag and optional whale-watching from the village of Sto.

Days 5/6: Swedish Fells Walks in the Abisko National Park with hike to the Njulla Peak (1169m).

Day 7: Saml Reindeer Herdsmen Cross into Finland. Explore Lapland, home to the Sami herdsmen whose lives follow the migratory pattern of their reindeer herds.

Days 8/9: Lake Inari Enjoy the long daylight hours and clean, clear air by hiking around the Lake. Optional biking and canoeing.

Days 10/11: North Cape Visit the towering cliffs of black granite that rise 300m out of the sea. Early in the summer it is possible to view the ‘Midnight Sun’.

Days 12/13: Alta Walks through the wild and mountainous Sautso Canyon area. Camp by the river Gargia famed for its for Salmon fishing.

Day 14: Return to Tromso Explore the city. Day 15 Tour ends Tromso.

Accommodation and Meals: 5 nights shared campsite cabins, 1 night apartments in Sto and 8 nights camping. 14 breakfasts, 13 lunches and 11 dinners are included. Camping nights can often be upgraded to cabins.
