In the afternoon, once you have had a chance to check in and freshen up from your journey, your driver would be on hand to take you on a tour of this fabulous city including Dublin Castle, Kilmainham Gaol and the Guinness Storehouse.

Day 2 :

Once breakfast is over your driver guide would be waiting for you to begin your days sightseeing. There are many wonderful places around the city for you to see or, if you would like to travel a little further afield, you could visit the beautiful Wicklow Mountains National Park with its stunning lakes, mountains, bogs and monastic ruins.

Day 3 :

After checking out of your Dublin hotel your driver guide would be waiting to take you on the next part of your journey. The first place that you could visit is the beautiful Irish National Stud where some of the most famous Irish race horses are born and bred. As well as the stables there are beautiful grounds, a racing museum and Japanese gardens which are famous throughout Europe. Leaving the National Park behind your journey would continue towards the south west of the country, through the beautiful countryside, to your next castle hotel near the town of Tralee.

Day 4 :

Today you would have the chance to visit the beautiful Dingle Peninsula which extends over twenty miles out in to the Atlantic. The scenery in this area is totally stunning with mountains rolling down to sea cliffs and sandy beaches and pretty towns and villages doted along the way. Dingle Peninsula is also one of the most historically important areas of the country with over 2000 archaeological site that have been excavated so far.

Day 5 :

After spending a second night in this castle hotel your journey today would continue arriving at the third castle hotel of the vacation. The day would begin as your driver guide taking the coast road north, before following the banks of the Shannon Estuary, with plenty of photo stops along the way until you reach the lovely town of Limerick. Your driver guide would then take you on a tour of the sights before stopping for lunch. In the after noon you would have time to explore Limerick on your own before continuing your tour to your hotel.

Day 6 :

This morning you would have the chance to visit Bunratty Castle and Folk Park which give you an incite in to the Ireland of years gone by. Originally built in 1425 it was restored in 1954 to its former medieval splendour and now contains mainly 15th and 16th century furnishings, tapestries, and works of art which capture the mood of those times. Today, the castle stands peacefully in delightful grounds. The houses and cottages of the folk park spread out at the foot of its massive walls, much in the way that the cottages and crofts of old would have clustered around its base. After visiting the castle and folk park your days sightseeing continues to the Atlantic coast and the stunning Cliffs Of Moher. These magnificent sea cliffs are the remains of a river delta dating back 320 million years and are home to dozens of species of seabirds which breed in the spring and summer months. The days sightseeing would end at your castle hotel.

Day 7 :

Having checked out of this hotel your days tour would start with a visit to The Burren National Park. This is a very unusual area of the country with a landscape made from gigantic limestone slabs and looks as though it should belong on the moon. There are many unique species of plants and animals that live in the area which cannot be found any where else in the country. During your tour of the area you would be able to visit Neolithic tombs and a perfumery which makes it’s scents from the unusual plants found living in the area. Leaving The Burren behind the tour continues towards Galway where you will have time to have a look around before heading to you over night castle hotel.

Day 8 :

After breakfast you would be able to enjoy a tour of this beautiful area including the Connemara National Park and Kylemore Abbey. The Connemara National Park is made up of mountains, forests, lakes and bogs which are home to some of the rarest plants and animals in Ireland including Connemara ponies, red deer and an enormous variety of bird life including skylarks, stone chats and peregrine falcons. You would be able to follow the trail to the top of the 400 meter high Diamond Hill to see the views which, on a clear day, take in the distant islands of Inishbofin, Inishturk and Inishshark. Originally built in 1867 as a romantic gift, Kylemore Abbey and the surrounding mountains and lakes are steeped in history including engineering initiatives, model farms, tragedy, royal visits, gambling debts, and a hideaway during Ireland’s troubled history as well as excellence in education. The day ends back at your castle hotel.

Day 9 :

Leaving the Connemara area behind you start the journey back towards Dublin, travelling through the beautiful landscape and pretty towns and villages along the way. Your journey takes you to some of the most unique areas in the country including natural heritage areas such as bogs and forests as well as pretty towns and villages. The final destination for the day is a rural castle hotel set in stunning grounds.

Day 10 :
