Day 1: India – Istanbul
Meals: Nil – Arrive in Istanbul and transfer to the hotel. (Early check-in subject to availability). Go Cruising in the afternoon on Bosphorus Cruise along the Bosphorus, the winding water strait separating Europe and Asia and visit of Spice Market. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Istanbul – Ankara – Cappadocia
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner- After breakfast transfer to the airport for an early morning flight to Ankara, the capital of Turkey and one of the fastest growing cities in the world with a history that can be dated back 3000 years. Upon arrival visit the Anatolian Civilizations Museum, which also exhibits the remains of Catalhoyuk, the Neolithic village dating back to 6500 BC. Then visit the Mausoleum of Ataturk, the founder of modern Turkey. After lunch at a local restaurant in Ankara, destination is the mysterious Cappadocia. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Cappadocia.
Day 3: Cappadocia
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner- Today you will set out on a sightseeing tour of this unique corner of the world.You start the day with a visit to Kaymakli Underground City; carved out of rock and completely self-contained. More than 200 people lived on each of seven floors. You next stop will be the natural citadel of Uchisar.Enjoy lunch at a typical local restaurant of the region proceed to visit Goreme Open-air Museum which is full of pink, rose and white tapering columns. The caves were settled in the 4th century as monasteries. The tour will end with a visit to Pasabag Valley and Avanos Village. The coach will transfer you back to the hotel in Cappadocia. Enjoy your local dinner and have a comfortable overnight stay at hotel in Cappadocia.
Day 4: Cappadocia – Konya – Pamukkale
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner- Transfer to Konya. En route visit 13th century Sultanhani Caravanserai built on the famous silk route. In Konya the Mausoleum of Mevlana, the worldwide famous mystic. Continue to Pamukkale, the cotton fortress. Hot mineral waters burst from the earth and cascade over cliffs forming pools and stalactites. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 5: Pamukkale – Aphrodisias – Kusadasi
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner- Stroll through the ruins of ancient Roman City Hierapolis and transfer to Kusadasi. En route lunch at a local restaurant and visit Aphrodisias, an ancient city dedicated to the goddess of love, Aphrodite and famous for the sculpture school. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Kusadasi.
Day 6: Kusadasi – Ephesus – Izmir – Istanbul
Meals: Breakfast & Lunch- Visit the House of Virgin Mary. Continue to Ephesus, Roman capital of Asia Minor. Visit the ruins of Odeon, Hercules Gate, the temple of Hadrian, the magnificent library, Agora and fantastic Greco-Roman theatre. After lunch visit the Basilica of St.John. Drive to Izmir Adnan Menderes airport for the flight to Istanbul. Transfer to the hotel in Istanbul and overnight.
Day 7: Istanbul – India
Meals: Breakfast- After breakfast tour of the city including; St. Sophia, Byzantine Hippodrome and Blue Mosque, which has six minarets and a middle dome of 109 feet. Finally the Grand Covered Bazaar, which covers over 4,000 shops under one roof. Afternoon transfer to the airport to fly back to your country.
