Located in the heart of Geneva this luxurious hotel dates back to the 13th century though its current form is 17th century castle. The long menu boasts many a Swiss specialty, including raclette and fondue options, alongside soups, pastas, meat and fish dishes. The restaurant is so popular that its reputation even reached the ears of Blll Clinton on his visit to the city.

Rasoi by Vineet :
Owned by award winning U.K based chef Vineet Bhaatia the Rasoi is the only restaurant in Europe to be granted 2 Michelin stars for serving ethnic’ cuisine. With an exceptionally beautiful decor the restaurant serves unusual signature dishes such as tandoor smoke cloud salmon, semolina crusted wild sea break and salmon chutney, and chicken with black peppercorn sauce served with an open chicken samosa. Domaine de Chateauvieux :
Located in the wine producing estate of Geneva it was once a noble castle which now houses a hotel and Chateauvieux which is one of the most sophisticated restaurants in the area. The menu here includes Brittany lobster marinated with ginger, served with ziti pasta and green apple in coconut and West Indian curry sauce to start, and stewed rabbit with apricots and onions, in a sweet spicy sauce which is a wide assortment of dishes.

Eastwest Hotel :
The restaurant offers traditional Swiss cuisine with a dash of Orient, and prides in itself on local provenance and choosing ingredients in season. Between May and October guests can dine on a small outside terrace. The interior of the restaurant mixes well with the food which is as assortment of flavors.
